spark plugs

I have used Champion H10 plugs in my Ford for years. I called Auto Zone today and they have H10-C plugs but they list them for lawn mowers.
Is there any difference between these and the old H10s?
Thanks

John,
I always thought the H10-C plug is for small gasolene engines only . See this:

But here is some interesting reading:

And here's more: http://www.mfgsupply.com/m/c/24-6932.html
And then there is this:

Be sure and take an old H10 to the store and compare it's "reach" with what ever you decide to buy. I would think that plugs made for small gas engines would not have the same heat range as automotive plugs, but I may be wrong. I have also been told that Champion plugs have "cut" threads while NGK have "rolled" threads which prevent galling.
In any case, I add a dab of anti-seize to the threads.

The Champion rep told me the H-10 and H-10C are the same except the "C" signifies a copper internal construction. However, that conversation occurred several years ago.

Thanks all. I have had the H10-Cs in the car now for several years. I do not drive
my car very far but drive it at least once a week. My 41 has the series G six cylinder
engine. It starts right off but does run a bit hot which just mean the radiator neers
roding. Thanks to all.

I got mine at our local Napa Auto, NGK stock # 3212 - B-6L
I have used Champion H10 & Autolite 216 also The NGK is the winner in my opinion. the Champion H10C is a looser. The Autolite 216 is (was) also good, but I am sticking with the NGK'S...

Are the NGK B6L available through most parts stores or online? Are they made in China too?

The B6L's are carried in my local NAPA store, while the B4L's had to be ordered. NGK's have always been made in Japan, to the best of my knowledge.

"Looked at a set of #216 AL, made in USA! Maybe you got some fakes from China??"

I went to two other stores and all 216's were from China. How old are your 216's?

:Dthis is my first flathead, and the H10-C also known as 844, have never given me a problem, but i also am running MSD.
