Spark Plug question

Does anyone know anywhere you can still get the spark plug "dress up" kit? They are listed in the 2009 Brattons catalog but they no longer have them and I can't seem to find anyone else who has them. They are a brass top and knurled top nut that fit the Motorcraft plugs to make them look sort of like the Champion 3X.
