Spare tire face plate needed 35 pickup

I am looking for a flat face plate for 35 Ford pickup. I have one with the offset but not going to be able to use it at this time. I need the flat one.
Anybody used any other face plate, say Model A, for this application?

Lawson, I believe I have some of the flat ones in the parts bin. I also have some of the 35 pickup spare rods. I have been reading your postings about your spare angle and am wondering if there is any chance yours is bent.Check your personal email.
