Don: That's a beautiful panel. Question: Are the two "i/4 moon shaped indents at top and bottom supposed to be painted black. If so, what type paint and how? Special prep?? Thanks in advance

I just saw one last weekend at the swap, at the dealerships in early 31 were they supposed to be left brass or were they plated?

Rockhillwill has templates for sale for duplicating the sprayed on finish, it is my understanding there was a slight amount of overspray visable around the recess.
