yeah but,
I have only used them for all my needs and have actually visited them several times. If you ever get invited to their museum, go for it. One of the best auto collections I have ever seen.
However, I did call about two months ago to ask about what rubber I needed to go around my rear window in my '30 Tudor, and I asked the guy if there was any trick to installing it without puckers around the corner, which is how my car looked at the time.
The old man jerk I had on the phone made it sound like I was stupid to even ask a question, and he never said anything except, "Just put it on correctly."
So I still buy from them and most of the time they are super, but Mr. Grumpy needs to stay away from the phone. By the way, stretch the rubber slightly around the corners and super glue the trimmed ends together and it is simple. He could have told me that. I got the proper answer from this group.
