Smoother Ride

Bill, you've had a lot of suggestions here of what might be done to improve your ride. After all of the suggestions it is always nice to know whether you changed anything suggested and had any improvement - for the education of all of us. Please let us know. We're all interested.

Your point is well taken Prof. Henry and I would like to express my thanks to all that responded--and continue to comment! Unfortunately I live in northern Minnesota and the road salt conditions are tough on modern cars not to mention collector cars. So I may not be able to get a satisfactory answer to my problem until this spring. I will post a response then. Certainly the easiest remedy would be to lower tire pressure to approx. 25 psi ( I have been running at 40 psi!). Next would be to cut the rubber bumper down followed by the other suggestions (one at a time !). Again thanks to all! Bill
