Small tire pump

[myjunk]

I'm sorry if this question is in the wrong section, so if the moderator wants to move it, that's ok with me. I was wondering if anyone has seen a small tire pump like this? Obviously its not Model A, but does anyone have a guess? It measures about 13 inches tall. Salesman sample, old bicycle tire pump?

I guess people really were shorter in the old days.

Could that be from a school gym class to inflate balls?

I guess people really were shorter in the old days. ...

My dad was 5'6"
I am 5'9"
I have 2 boys that are 6'1"

Does it ever stop?

I remember reading about the short tire pump in a V8 article, it as made for one of the cars with a small storage compartment, but I don't remember the year, perhaps post the picture on the V8 side
