Vic Piano Well-known member Dec 14, 2013 #2 The factory skirts are flush mount, as I recall, they have a tab on each end that corresponds with a flange (for lack of a better description) on the inside of the wheel opening on the quarter panel. In short, the "body brackets" should be there.
