Single to Dual Master Cylinder

My 53 Customline is currently running it's original single master cylinder for drum/drum manual brakes. I'd like to convert to a dual master cylinder, but I'm not sure what I need to do this.

I've been told any dual master cylinder from a 60's era Mustang will work, and are widely available, but do I need an adapter or special bracket to mount it on my 53's firewall? And if so, where can I find something like that?
