Simmons Throttle shaft & Plate

I have this Simmons carb I'm trying to restore for my Model A Aftermarket carb collection. All carbs not built for the Model A assembly line. This carb is missing the throttle assembly: namely the control arm, the shaft and the butterfly plate.
Any/all help greatly appreciated!
