Signal lights problem

Bob I need to revisit my meter to check that out. I actually was checking the amperage draw, I think I got a draw of .003 ma that makes more sense .
 
Well here is the total cure, in a small container. Replaced the flasher with a unit that is intended for a positive ground and also has a built in vissio , Walla everything now works perfectly. My conclusion is that the cheap Chinese breaker was not intended for use on a positive ground system. The diodes did not work properly.
