Short in right turn light

I have replaced all of the wiring in my 56 Fairlane after a year of driving I now have a short in the right turn light I have brake light but when I use the right turn light it blows the fuse. I am at a lost as to where the short is. Does anyone have an idea where the trouble could be.
 
Have you changed any of the bulbs on the right side ? You could start there if you haven't tried it.
 
Check the wiring at the taillight socket.

I bought an inferior replacement and the power line slipped to ground….

Check the connection from the steering harness.

You do have wiring diagram, yes?
 
Don't forget to check front turn signal light and dash indicator light circuits. They both get power when using turn signal but no when braking.
