Ford got it right the same year as my Momma! 1949.
Then they played with the perfect mold for a couple of years and broke it!
Big nasty hit of the year--"Rooming House Boogie"...slim

Dude, I'm there! Decided to 'repair' the spare tire well in my '51 with an insulated cooler. Rust has no place in my cars!

Lots of members already, and so far everybody's car is way nicer than mine. Guess I better get to work.

Just means we started a little earlier than you Orgo.
By the way, if you have not yet found it, a lot of us hang out over at shoeboxford.com...slim

[denverslim]

Hang in there, Man. I didn't start out with any more than your coupe...slim

This is where the car is at right now.

I've spent some time at shoeboxford.com, lots of good info there. Seems like they are mostly interested in selling parts.

I donno. I don't see that at all. It's mostly just the owners of shoeboxes just yakkin' about their cars and the restoration/customizing of them. The owners of the forum try to discourage others from using the forum to sell parts though, as this cuts into their liveleyhood...slim

Maybe I just got the wrong impression.

Maybe I just got the wrong impression.

yep... but then again, perception is reality.

give it a chance, there is a ton of knowledge, and if you need parts, Chris and Ray (site sponsors and Shoeboxford.com owners) have just about everything you will need...

[0rg0]

Alright, I'll go have another look. I do need a ton of parts.
