Shock Link Help

I'm trying to hunt down a pair of front shock links for my '47 1/2 ton pickup. I have a part number of 01Y-18055. They measure 5" center to center with the studs on opposite sides of the link. So far I haven't found a vendor that has such a thing. Any help?

Also, often seen on ebay are the links for wagons, 46-48. they are the same configuration but 4 3/4" center to center. they can be used on your truck. Much more reasonable as they are fairly easily found and not very much sought after.
