Shock absorbers

Hi all. I bought a set of shocks from I think it was gaslight a few years ago. Anyway I had noticed drips under some of them and was going to this winter see about fixing why they leak. So looking through some catalogs they sell rebuild sets and fluid. Then I see for sale is rebuilts I guess or re pops? That say outer chamber is dry. Don't add fluid. I guess that is what I bought. Why I was getting oil under them, residual. I don't know but does anyone know if these are adjustable? Thought I was out of fluid cause it's terribly bouncy.

There were reproduction shocks that were sold in the past that were known to leak. There is no way to know if those are the ones you have for sure.
