Sedan or tudor

I always assumed it was a clever piece of marketing. They got to include "Ford" in one name and Tudor sounds more elegant than plain old two-door.

That's the way I understood it...A clever play on words, Tudor bespeaks of High Status, Fordor...well you said the name Ford didnt ya?

most states are now using the designations 2 dr 4dr truck or convertible

gone are roadster touring phaeton cabriolet etc.

think of it like the English language. nowadays much slang and many beautiful words gone forever. I ve sold many titles in the past and have yet to see one that says victoria. they are all 2 dr sedans or coach.
