my friend is working on a 130-B and would like to know what version of inside handles would it use? window cranks and door openers are missing.

The types of window cranks and door openers (inside) that you need are the same that were used on 1930-31 Coupes, Tudors, Town Sedans, and Closed Cab...That should tell you what to get.
