There are definately aftermarket sectors marked 15 sometimes with a -1 . I don't recall ever seeing any 15-1 sectors that weren't marked 15 . The 13 - 1 started in 1933 . In august the ratio was changed back to 1932 's 15-1 with the worm and sector marked 15 . { De Angelis p 40 } I don't normally look for 15 or not as the 13-1 & 15-1 look way different with the 13-1 being way wider . Don't recall ever seeing a 13-1 that was marked 13 .
