seats

I used a third seat from a Ford Windstar to put in my '40 pickup. Set it on top of the original seat riser. I'm sure other seats from the midsized SUVs may work. The seats can be bought from Pick-N-Pull for about $40 and usually have good upholstery.

I used a second row seat from a Chrysler mini van in a '40 1 1/2 ton I used to own. Fit nicely but the cushions were thin. When I got my '39 p/u I had the factory seat reupholstered but it wasn't all that comfortable. I finally bit the bullet and bought a Glide Engineering seat frame. Not cheap but fits well and much more comfortable.
