Seat Removal

I need to remove my seat and the tray behind it. Don't know what holds the tray on. Should I remove the seat from the tracks and then remove the riser. Trying to install wind-lace 1930 cabriolet. Thanks,Gary
 
there are six screws on each side under the lower seat cushion. on the upper back of the there is a flap the goes from the seat to the package tray, remove the upholstery on the package tray and the flap should be tacked down. you will have to remove some upholstery to get to the screws the hold in the tray
