Seat Belts

How do I install seat belts in my 1931 Model A coupe? The back plate between the seat and rumble area would not be the right choice,as the metal partition is too thin.How can I install the seat belts to the floor board? any suggests or pictures would be welcome.The size of the hole is 9/16"
