I have a 1930 Model a coupe. It looks like the seat might be adjustable forward and back but I can't see how it is done. Can anyone lead me to the solution?

Thanks for any help you can provide!!!

Check the suppliers for seat adjustment parts. If I remember correctly they were all adjustable. Have you tried taking the bottom seat out and looking? Why don't you post pictures? If you still don't get the information ask people to post pictures of theirs.

If you have a lever then lift it up and slide the seat. If you have a round knob then turn it to move the seat. One adjuster has a bar with notches, and the other has a threaded rod that turns in a block to move the seat.

Thanks,
It looks like someone removed the screw and knob. I can see where it was. I can see where the slides are and it looks like the seat is clamped to the slides. I'll have to take it apart and see what parts I need to get it back in shape.

Thanks guys.

If you need extra room, you can take the shelf out behind the seat and set the seat back a bit farther.
