Sea foam

Folks over on the HAMB have lots of good to say about it. Frind of mine has used for long time a speaks nothing but good of it.

Big in the marine industry, and has been good for me also. some times on sale at NAPA for $7, that when I get mine.

Works well on many things. They have a spray that is called deep creep it also works well. I know the factory rep for sea foam and deep creep and sea foam additive are the same product just packaged different. It also works well on your guns when doing some cleaning after coming home after the range visit. The deep creep has a permanent spot in my shop.Go to their web page and discover.

I started using Seafoam because I was getting a lot of pinging and my Merc was running rough. It cured both problems. They were probably caused by water in the gas as the problem started just after I filled up. I put some in in the fall before I store the car and then once in the summer.

I just used some to clear up a carbon knock on my Lincoln.

I've used it in gas tanks, crankcase, trannies (auto and stick) and power steering. Works wonders, everything seems to work a lot better and smoother.

I fog my small gas engines with liquid and spray can version before winter. I drain the tank, reconnect the fuel line and add a little fuel with the Seafoam. I remove the air filter then start the engine with the spray can ready. When the small amount of fuel runs out and the engine starts to die, I spray the carb to get a good fog in the engine.
