Whats the best way to remove wax in a paint scratch prior to touch up.

Wax and grease remover with a soft toothbrush
You can get it where they sell automotive paint

There are commercial oil and wax removers sold at paint stores or you can use TSP.

Lacquer thinner is the way to go.
