I want to let you guy's know it's been a pleasure swapping information over the last few years. I don't know any of you personally' but I feel like I do. You all treated me with respect and helped me with my restoration projects on my 41. I am no longer owner of a classic car, just sold my last one last week. Not able to keep them because the old body is in need repairs itself. Good luck to everyone of you. I'll keep checking back once in a while just to see what's going on,

Please stay aboard and post every once in awhile, just because you don't have a car doesn't mean you still cannot be involved!!! Stay safe and stay on here!!!

Even though you don't have any more old Fords you may be able to help somebody that is new to the hobby. Your knowledge is very valuable and what you know cannot always be found in a book. Keep your mind active and check in often as you are still a valued member.

Couldn't have said it better! At 86, and having survived a total hip replacement, which meant I could no longer drive my convertible (a 1947) which I have owned for over 25 years, the time is here to place it in the hands of someone who will love and care for it as I have.

As others have said, share your knowledge. Hey maybe you can create the end all of how to post pictures :-)

Good luck to you older fellas. Im 75 and feel quite a bit slower than I used to be. We all have to keep going as best that we can because the alternative is not that good. Keep on here with us as it will keep your mind young. Regards, Kevin.

I'm hoping that you stay around and participate - we appreciate all the input from the guys who have been doing this longer than many of us have been alive. Best of luck on your "repairs". ;)

You may not physically have a car, but you’re like all of us, it’s in your blood, and in the back your mind all day long. Be well!

No need to check out. Car ownership is not a prerequisite of forum membership. Just having an interest is enough. And not being a fool.

Best of luck to you no matter what you decide, but staying on the barn would certainly be an asset to the rest of us. God Bless You and Yours.

CONGRATS on passing on your cars to those who will appreciate them and thanks for all your input over the years. Please stay tuned in and participate in the Fordbarn. Your knowledge will still help others.

You have to keep pushing! I know being another grumpy old man. I have seen to many of my friends just give up. it ain't good. Just my 2 cents.
I have had some serious health issues and still in much pain but the garage gets my mind off of it. Stay with us! Good Luck.

Grumpy,
Hang in there! Hope you come back to provide support for us slightly younger grumpy old men too.
Regards,
Chris

Stay tuned in just for the heck of it. Advice is free and to share your knowledge with others is a priceless gift of charity. Don't be shy.
