Thanks for posting the pics, Pete. Your 180A is about the best I've seen anywhere. It was a great day; my grandson and I really enjoyed it :).

The show was today [Sunday] this is fifth Year there,, , At Samual Morse estate ,160 acres ,a beautiful site , And the people who work there put on a very nice all around car show.. RELATIONSHIP ? between the 2.? None,, other then the use of the grounds for a fine car show which alot of FORDS showed up.

Thanks for the pictures, looks like it is a great place for a show. 180A looks great, is the cobra an original one?

I believe the Cobra is original - small block powered - sweet! There was also a 1916 Fiat touring (very large, 7-pass) that was produced in Poughkeepsie, NY just a few miles from the show (any pics of that Pete?). My grandson asked why the steering wheel was on the "wrong" side of the car and I explained that it was an Italian car. Then the 11 year old said: "Then how come the words on the gauges are in English?". That's when we found out it was made in PK. ;)

It was a 1913 Fiat built in Poughkeepsie and i'll check with my friends on the picture's they might of taken.[ around 9 are known].. Cobra is orginial 1965 /289 and never left the neighborhood. A little history , THE Duesenberg Boys bought the Fiat plant shortly after just for the tooling and all .And then closed the plant..your early cars had right hand steering. It was a safety thing[ something about getting out on the curb side] Someone correct me if I am wrong.. RED Harley was a 1940 and only 504 were built like this one pictured [Steve C. ] this one was for you.

:D I made a small plate to take all 3 badges held on with velcro around the lite bar. Put it on at shows and take it off at shows I think seeing all the badges ruins the pictures. Your tudor looks better without all the badges on [for picture's;)].I had to explain what the Henry Ford Award was:confused:. Even to some locale MARC members. ALL that work [no respect] ,Rodney D.:) good luck on your coupe. 9300 ppg will get you in trouble with the new standards. Wait until water base paint starts.

That car was forsale about 2 years ago . New owner now. Asking price $300,000.00... In 1950 was here and sold [went oversea's ] and restored.Drove in a 3300. mile tour. And thats part of the History of this car . It's the best and complete of 5 left.

40 was the first year for the chrome emblem...but it didn't have the stainless trim that you see seperating the two tone paint. I belive it is 42 to 46.
