The price is not in the same ballpark as it should be...so either it´s a scam or the cost for renting it an hour...

The cleaning done in the video is not using the pictured model. A google search will tell you that effective lasers cost many thousands of dollars.

Ya don't buy it. Lot's of posts on removing rust. If it's bad you might need to cut it out and patch it with new steel. Or live with it. Ospho works wonders.

Yes but what's wrong with that? Stops rust dead in its tracks by leaving a phosphate coating on the metal that can be painted over.
