Running Board Trim - '28-'29

My '28 Special Coupe has repro running boards on it ( don't know whose ).

They have the zinc trim along the long sides, but none across the ends...

I have some original '29 running boards with all trim intact, and it appears that the end pieces were secured with tubular rivets ?

At any rate, is there a source for the end-trim for '28-'29 boards ?

Thanks !

I had enough long peices to do a set for my coupe but the end peices were shot.

So I utilized a few of the broken, long outside strips and took them to a metal fabricator. Here they flatened those strips, cut them to match the configuration of the original end strips and then formed those to size.

Then I drilled the holes in the end strips and secured them to the ends of the running boards with, as you say, tube rivets.
