My ‘28 roadster didn’t come with the top rest/grab handles in front of the rumble seat. I now have a pair that I want to install.
Both Snyder’s and Brattons sell a reinforcement brace that installs at the inside of the body. Those don’t appear to have been installed by the original owner during restoration.
Snyder’s listing is for ’30-‘31, not for ’28-‘29.
Will they fit?
I will also have to remove the side panels to access that area, but that’s not as much a concern as drilling holes to the body!
