How do you install the large bumper into the small hole on my 1931 model A coupe? there are two holes for the lid to rest on at the top of the opening. I orders two new bumpers and cannot figure out how to get them into the bracket holes. The old ones I took out are the same size as the new ones, but a bugger to remove. Now I know why
