On my 31 coupe I noticed that the step plate on the bumper doesn't fit the current bracket that's mounted. It spins freely on there and will not conform to the shape of it. I couldn't find out why as both appear to be standard parts. I find it odd that the underside of the step is round while the mounting bracket is u-shaped, however. Is there a way I can prevent the step from movingm
