Rumble seat grab handles

I have a 1930 coupe and I want to install rumble seat grab handles. Can anybody give me the exact location? I know that these "handles" were top rests for the roadster, but they also help in entering and exiting the rumble. Also, did any coupes originally have these handles?

These handles were actually top rests for the convertible tops. They were installed on open cars only.
