Ruckstell Rear End

Hey guys, last year I bought a whole barn full of Model A parts and there were a bunch of T parts there as well that I just recently purchased along with a 1913 Pickup that was built in Portsmouth, Va. In any case I'm not really a T guy and I'm trying to do some research. I found this Ruckstell rear axle in the pile of plunder which had been disassembled. I'm not sure if it's all there or not and that's what I'm trying to find out. I did find 3 axle shafts, the housings, center section, 2 cans of bearings, ring gear and 1 brake drum. What can anybody tell me. The number on it is 44814.
I plan to sell all this stuff including the 1913 T Pickup.
-Thanks!

That's a nice find! There have been a couple of repair/restoration manuals written about the Ruckstell rear end. You can buy those from Lang's or any of the other vendors. Fortunately, any missing or damaged parts can be replaced. Here is one of the Ruckstell pages from Lang's catalog:

Thanks qz, it's good to know parts are available. I went ahead and posted the pickup here in the swap meet to see if any interest before trying it on ebay. I'd love to keep it but I can't keep them all.
