rubber glue thats flexable?

at the L.a. swap meet show i saw a fellow selling a quick bonding rubber glue. this stuff was quick and couldnt be pulled apart like super glue does. anyone see this stuff being demonstrated and who has it? lost his business card.
 
I have glued the rubber belt on my key machine for years with ordinary superglue, probably 10 places ---all different ---there is probably a better glue, look for the glue used to glue orings together---I would start by looking in Mc Master Carr industrial supplys, or Grainager ---usually they have good descriptions of their glues and uses
