Roof panel

Hi everyone
How do I replace the roof panel in a 1938 ford ? I am worried about removing the old roof panel until I understand how it fits, can anyone advise ?

I always thought the 38 Fords had a one piece, all steel roof turret.

Which bit do you want to remove and why?

Agree with 47Merc, don't think there is a roof panel per say. The stamping that was the roof part came down into the window frames I think, not sure where the parting line was.
