I am looking for information on the new reproduced "ROOF 101" overhead conversion for Model A & B engines:
1. Cost of head & all parts
2. Your experiences, good & bad
3. Installation tips & tricks

Depending on how complete the kit is

Bare Roof 101 head casting is about $3,000 – $3,500

Complete kit (valves, springs, rocker assembly, pushrods, hardware): roughly $4,500 – $5,500

Full running setup (intake, carburetion, ignition mods, etc.) can reach $6,000 – $7,500+

There was a notice a couple of years ago that the Roof 101 will not be made again and it does not appear on the current site.
