Wondering if such a thing exists? I'll be building a daily driver 59AB someday soon, and seems like this might be a good way to go. Keeps me out of the low-zinc mess...

Yes, several people make roller cams for flatheads but they are for racing.
Stick a 1007B in it and forget it.
As far as the low zinc, that can be cured by using Valvoline VV855 oil.

I was afraid of that. Just wanted the quick and easy at home oil change, without the extra $$ for zinc

You can get by more economicly by just adding a can of ZDDP Plus to the oil change.
