Roger Kauffman

Say it's not so, what a loss to the model a community!! My best to the family in this hard time, surely he will be missed by many...

Now i am really sick !!!!!!! I had fun breaking his balls at the French Lick about being on the same floor as i was.. Thanks Don for letting us know.. He was too young for this to happen... I always looked out for him at Hershey to shoot the **** with...:(

We just got a call also and were told he died in his sleep last night which was Friday. Yes, a great loss to our hobby and our Model A Family. What a dedicated restorer who loved the A's of all kinds. A visit to his barn was always an experience I will never forget. I enjoyed kicking tires with him and always enjoyed visiting with him at Hershey. He will be missed by all of us,
A great Model A Friend,
Ken:(

How very sad.
Roger will be missed by so many in our hobby for his generous sharing of his expertise and his pleasant disposition.
His club in IL just sent out a broadcast of the sad news.
Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and close friends.

This is very sad news indeed. My first stop when the MARC publication arrives is to head to Roger's column. How can we forget the pic of Roger sitting so proudly in his Tudor. His tips and expertise has helped so many of us figure out some pressing issues with our car's. He will be misssed indeed.

Very sad news. Roger was a great asset to the Model A hobby. Always a great guy to talk with. Condolences to his family and close friends.

Roger was one of the most knowledgeable persons within the Model A Ford hobby. I never met Roger personally, but know from his helping others in need, he was one of the best in the hobby.

He most surly will be missed by all.

My heart and prayers go out to his family.

Roger was the first person I talked to when I first joined the Dayton Buckeye Ford Model A Club. I did not know who he was and what he knew at the time. A nice and helpful person.
