Yes all '27 car chassis are the same in the Model T Ford. There will be extra spring leaves in a chassis for a heavier body.

If you mean the sills for the body attachment, i.e. the side, and cross sills, that then then mount to the chassis frame, no.

These parts all have different part numbers in the Body Parts Price List, all are different from runabout, coupe, and sedan due to the lower door designs. The Fordor has only wood sills to fit to the chassis frame.

i got a roaster with bad body subrails , but know where i might be able to get a 2 door sedan subrails would that work?
