I have a question that I have not been able to find online. It is regarding the top irons, not to be confused with the bows. The short irons that were in my 1918 Roadster connected the body at the tackstrip to the wood on the "B" pillar and did not connect to the seat frame area like others I have seen. Which irons are correct for my car. I did not see any part numbers on my irons but the parts book says the correct iron is part number 8401X. It fits left and right sides and is for the years 1917-1922. Thoughts?
