Roadster interior door panel removal?

Like the title, any tips or tricks on removing the interior door panels? My panels are in excellent condition so I don't want to damage them. I need to install the button fasteners for side curtains.

Nothing positive popped up in the Barn search or on Youtube.

If it's of any use, here's photo that shows the positions of the clips on my 28.
I used a thin flat panel-clip tool to lever-up the clips

We have a modified 2" wide Putty Knife with a slot ground into the end to straddle the clip. Insert and pry outward.

I have an old pair of Blue Point YA331 panel pliers that I use for door card clips and those pesky modern plastic PITA push pins. I don't mind the steel spring clips but those modern things are not user friendly at all.

Okay, so if I understand correctly, I need to slide the panel tool between the clips and the door and the clips will/should pop out of the door frame then?

I have some plastic door panel tools that maybe will work before purchasing more tools. If not, I will purchase one of those tools. Thanks so much for the links, truly appreciate it.
