1931 Ford roadster for sale. The car is solid. The rear quarters are in good shape. The left one has a hole about 1 inch in diameter right behind the drivers door. The other quarter needs a patch at the bottom about an inch and a half up. The quarters are nice and straight including the rear corners. The panel above and below the deck lid are very nice. The rumble lid is very good with a couple small holes in the lower inside, right corner. The cowl needs patches on both sides. The fenders are saveable. The running board and splash apron on the passenger side are pretty good. The apron and running board on the drivers side are very rough. The passenger side door is pretty good but needs a patch on the bottom. The drivers side door is bent in, something must have fallen on it. I am including an original Ford door skin for that side. It could be saved. The main problem is that the sub rails and floor need to be replaced. If you are making a hot rod, it would be a perfect car to channel. If you want to restore it, I would put a Brookville floor assembly in it. I have a new Brookville floor that I just got for another project but would sell at my cost, $600.00 if someone bought the roadster and wanted it. The motor is original and pretty complete. I was told that it was seized but I have not fooled with it at all. The radiator is there and I am throwing in a perfect hood, top and sides. It is on the original chassis which seems to be in nice shape except for an area on the top, right front where it was exposed and is a little pitted. I believe the rest of the frame to be in great shape as it has been under the car all the time. It has 35 Ford, 16" wire wheels and tires.
