Rivet tool?

I need to replace the hood corner bumpers on a '36 hood. The new rubber pieces came with some tubular rivets......
Do I need a special tool to set these rivets? If so, where to get it? I hate to hammer on the hood with it's fresh paint, but........suggestions?

Brake shoes are the most common use of tubular rivets but there are more than one size of these rivets and brakes usually stick with one size only. The early Ford suppliers (especially Models A) sell the different size riveting tool usually in three sizes 1/8", 3/16", & 9/64" and thay are hand tools, hammer not included. I think the 9/64 is the one for hood bumpers, handles, & clips.

You will likely need someone to help you set these buggers so you can preserve your paint. You will need to back up the rivet head with a bar shaped to fit then pound the tube end with the flaring tool set.
