The last one I bought cost me $1 because nobody else at the auction knew what it was. I'd try Ebay, where somebody who knows what it is would be likely to see it.

I not only know what it is, but I just used one about a month ago. They do help to get that split 21" rim back in place.
No it does not work on my profile car to the left.
