I found recently in my attic cl

eanout what has been described as a rim expander for a Model T with wooden wheels. I bought it decades ago not knowing what it was used for, now I'd like to find a good home for it. It folds up nicley to a 5" x 20" unit for easy shipping. Anybody need/want it?
