this is the engine i was going to put in my phaeton but life has gotten in the way. I don't realy need to sell it but i dont think it will happen in the next few years so i think i'll let it go.
its a charlie yapp riley that has never been bolted on an engine. it comes with everything that came with the kit plus the intake.
Dan McEachern aluminum timing gear.
The cam is an aftermarket of some sort that i have no info on. its wrapped in the LA times from 1978.
I also have a wico mag that has been rebuilt.
the block is a b block that has been ported and polished and has steel mains. i bought it like this from a guy who was building it 30 plus years ago and then life got in his way also. it sat under his bench until about 2 years ago. It is a bare block. I have some extra mains and rods to go along with it. he also started to set it up for full pressure oiling.
standard b crank without the counter balance included.
also a cragar adapter for a 33/34 water pump to the a head. it hasnt been drilled/tapped yet.
this is OBO and shipping is on your dime
i would do a partial trade for some 29 phaeton top bows,32 grill shell, or an early front engine dragster frame.
