The brake cross shafts are different, the angles of the arm for the pedal would be wrong if you just turned them around. The accel pedal mounts to the steering column and is in the middle of the clutch and brake pedals, which mount on a different bell housing. Depending on which clutch pedal you use, yes there are different ones, the exhaust clamp can be a bugger to line up, as well as avoiding the oil return pipe if you have the late, long, low pipe. The wiring loom needs to be modified for the horn and power to the headlight switch, both need to be extended. The headlight wires can just be swapped left to right. The late 28 onwards starter pedal is mounted on the bell housing and enters the cabin in front of the handbrake. The steering column is completly different, as well as the pitman arm and the stub mounted steering arms. The tail light brackets are different, including the mudguard(Fender) mounted ones. On closed bodies, the header panel above the windscreen is different, with cutouts and holes for the wipers in different locations and the rear view mirror mount is also offset differently. Petrol(gas)tank is different for the steering column mount which also doubles as the support for the choke rod, and the firewall cowl is also different with steering column cutouts as well as pedal cutouts. Minor things such as doorlocks, not latches, stayed the same from LHD to RHD, they still are locked on the LH door. The brake light switch is the same unit as the LHD but is bolted to the chassis rail, just in front of the centre cross member. If you want the early outboard hand brake, then the associated bracketry is also different. There will be some that I've forgotten, but this should be a start.
To answer the question, the parts are not hard to find in Australia, come down for a holiday and buy some parts, we don't bite.
