Rex-A-Co reproduction temp gauge with light

Anybody know how to remove-install the bulb housing to replace the bulb on these. I tried to spin it and find a slot but that didn't work. It's in there really tight and I don't want to break anything.

I just stuck my thumb nail between the plastic and metal to get a small gap then used a small screwdriver to get the bulb socket out.

That worked, thank you very much. I was expecting it to come apart where it meets the back of the gauge

Use an LED bulb to replace the incandescent one.

Mine came with a LED bulb.
