Here are some pics of Real Ralph Newman doing the 23kt gold work and pin stripes. Ralph is one of the best artists on the west coast. His web site is

We should have the restration completed in another 4 months. We need to raise another $5K in donations first.
We've spent over 10,000 man hours on this project so far.

Thanks for the great pic's Jim. I was wondering if there is a website with current updated pic's of the restoration. The site I looked at hadn't been updated for quite some time. I believe the last pic's and story was the starting of the Seagrave. Great job !!!!!
 
What a brilliant artist Mr. Newman is!

Just the thought that they actually did produce hand-crafted rolling art like that back in the day. But I'll bet she didn't look like that after she returned from her first fire call!
 
Real Ralph is the man to see if you need your Model A pin striped
He does go to many car shows etc. where he stripes many cars in one or two days.
