Replating Headlight Reflectors with Uvira Process

I plan to convert my 1930 Ford Model A CCPU to a 12 volt system and install the Halogen bulbs that fit into the original headlight sockets.
I also want to have the headlight reflector replated. Several years ago I had the Uvira replating done to my 1930 Ford Model A Deluxe Coupe headlight reflectors, and was and am still pleased. I recall that the reflectors had to first be replated with either silver or nickel, but can not remember which.
Has anyone recently had Bill Atwood replating the Uvira process? If so, what first needs to be done to the reflectors? What is the current cost for the Uvira process? Who did you get to replat first with the silver or nickel.
I have attempted to contact Bill twice, but have been unsuccessful.

Must be NICKEL plated first, or if you want the real silver plating for $55 each call Brinkman's at 651-698-8577

Nickle first then on to UVIRA. Had mine done several years ago. nickle plating in Tacoma was $130.00. UVIRA process as I recall was $65.00 which included shipping back to me.
